Bookings on the Flexible policy refund the full nightly rate and cleaning fee when you cancel at least 24 hours before the local check-in time at the property.
Within the 24-hour window, the booking is non-refundable apart from any taxes that the destination authority requires us to return.
The Vaytoven service fee is non-refundable in all cases. Refunds clear back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
