Hosting runs on a recurring 30-day subscription giving you access to our SaaS platform and dashboard — the listing tools, the exposure, and the tools you use to talk to interested travelers. It renews every 30 days until you cancel. We confirm the details and set up your account. We never ask for bank details, government ID or tax forms — advertising a listing needs none of it, and Vaytoven does not handle rental money.

You create and manage the listing yourself from your dashboard — photos, description, rates and availability. We surface the local short-term-rental rules for your address as you go. Change any of it whenever you like; it's your listing.

Go live + first offers
Listings activate the moment you approve. Travelers submit offers on your dates, and you accept or decline from your dashboard.
Payment is discussed after you accept an offer and the dates are agreed — directly between you and the guest, on terms you set. Vaytoven is peer to peer: we introduce and advertise, we don't collect or hold the money.
What we ask of every listing.
- Working smoke detectors and CO detectors on every level.
- Fire extinguisher in or near the kitchen.
- Basic first-aid kit.
- Daylight, in-focus listing photos that represent the actual unit.
- Local short-term-rental permit if your jurisdiction requires one — we surface the rule during onboarding but the permit application itself is on you.
- Annual self-attestation that the safety items above are still in place.
