Every Vaytoven property is required to provide clean linens, fresh towels, basic bathroom toiletries, hand soap and dish soap, paper goods, and Wi-Fi. Listings note anything beyond that — pool, hot tub, parking, breakfast — under Amenities.
If something the listing claims is missing or non-functional on arrival, take a photo and message your host through the booking thread within 24 hours. If they don't resolve it, escalate to Vaytoven Support and we'll either get it fixed, partially refund, or relocate you.
