Once approved, you complete Stripe Connect identity verification (required for payouts). Our listing concierge then arranges photography, writes the listing copy, and prices the property based on local comps. You review and approve before going live.
Most properties go from approval to first booking inside 7–14 days. The host fee is a flat 3% of the booking total — well below the 15–20% you'll see on generic listing sites.
