Photos must be daylight, in-focus, and represent the actual unit. Our concierge can shoot for you in supported metros at no charge to you on your first listing.
Local short-term rental permits are the host's responsibility. We'll surface the rule for your address during onboarding, but we don't apply for permits on your behalf.
